At Numbers 12:1, Moses married an Ethiopian woman. Likewise, Amos 9:7 (KJV) reveals the children of Israel are as children of the Ethiopians.
At Job 30:30, Job said his skin was black. And this makes sense because at Genesis 46:8-13, Job is listed as a grandson of Jacob - Israel himself!
At Deuteronomy 28:68, Israel was told they would be sent to a country like Egypt again - but next time by ships. There they would be sold & serve their enemies with a yoke of iron on their neck (Deuteronomy 28:48). Like an episode of Roots, this vision was prophesied to be fulfilled in a nation far away from Israel & it was to be a nation symbolized by an eagle (Deuteronomy 28:49).
These revelations are why Jeremiah 13:23 asks - if a leopard could change its (black) spots or if the Ethiopian could change his (black) skin, then would you who are accustomed to do evil do good?
Now do you see why black slaves in America were not allowed to read the Bible?
The real reason the oppressors want you to read so-called easier to understand Bibles instead of the King James Bible is because those new versions delete blacks from the Bible.
Oppressors: "What ye know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior unto you." -Job 13:2
